Sizing

From top to bottom, each hoop is 14mm tall. We chose this size because we wanted a hoop more noticeable than a huggie, yet small enough to easily wear everyday.

As seen in the models, the space below your earlobe to the bottom of the earring will depend on the size of your earlobes and where your ear piercing is. We recommend measuring the distance from your ear piercing to the end of your ear lobe to get a better sense of how they will look and feel.

Made with Cubic Zirconia and Sterling Silver 925, our Discovery Set includes the sample versions of all six pieces in the Everyday Collection — allowing you to try on and see if the sizing and look of the pieces work for you. 

If you then decide that there’s a piece, or pieces, you’d like in their fine jewelry form, you can redeem the code sent with the Discovery Set, and the entire cost will be deducted from your order. More information can be found here. 

Shipping & Taxes

Every order includes complimentary insured shipping and import taxes and duties, meaning there are no extra costs you have to worry about. More information can be found here.

Because all of our jewelry is handmade to order, each piece will take 3 weeks from order to delivery. Once your piece is finished, we’ll let you know that it's been shipped and is on its way to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the pieces being made to order with custom sizes, we only offer returns & exchanges for our earrings and necklace. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

Payment will be refunded to your original payment method, with a $100 USD fee deducted for shipping and restocking fees. Items must be shipped back to us within 14 business days of delivery.

Other returns are only accepted in the rare event that the piece arrives faulty.
